These terms govern your use of cosmoslabs.in and any project work undertaken by CosmosLabs. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Our Services
CosmosLabs builds websites, automation workflows, AI chatbots, landing pages, and booking systems for small and medium businesses. The exact scope of any project is agreed with you before work begins, typically after a short call.
Demos
The demos on this site are illustrative examples built for fictional businesses. They're meant to show what a similar project could look like for your business, and don't represent real client work unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Projects are typically billed in milestones, an initial deposit to begin work, and a final payment on delivery. Exact terms are confirmed in writing before a project starts. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and card payments.
Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed upfront. Requests that fall outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverable (the website, automation, or other asset) transfers to you. Any underlying tools or frameworks we use remain licensed under their own respective terms.
Support
Projects that include a support period (AMC) are covered for the duration agreed at the time of purchase. Support beyond that period, or issues unrelated to our original work, may be billed separately.
Limitation of Liability
We aim for every project to work reliably, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that automation and AI tools will be error-free at all times. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a delivered project.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the jurisdiction where CosmosLabs is registered.
