Raw material stock drops below its reorder point

Veda Ayurvedic Wellness formulates treatments from raw herbs that need reordering on a running basis - letting any one of them run out mid-batch isn't an option. This automation watches stock levels, generates a purchase order the moment something drops below its reorder point using the last agreed price and quantity, sends it straight to the vendor, and escalates to a backup vendor automatically if the primary one doesn't confirm within 24 hours.
